Welcome our precious little girl!!!

Hi all!

Well it's been ages, but after a very eventful pregnancy and 3 days past our due date - our beautiful little girl arrived!!

Olivia Stephanie Gush was born on Saturday 28th November 2009 at 5:52pm, weighing 2775g (6lb 2 oz) and measuring 48cm and a head circ of 35cm.

Her birth was hairy to say the least and for all but the last 3 contractions - was drug free, not that the gas did anything!!

Mum and Olivia are doing really well, and despite being small, Olivia feeds like a champion and is thriving.

Big brother Kae absolutely loves his little sister and she is the image of her brother from the moment she was born, although she is coming into her own now.

Here's a couple of photos - haven't had the time or the energy to do a newborn shoot yet - just way too hot here.

Birthday Girl

It's been a while since I've picked up the camera, but today was a special day.

Today was my niece's 13th birthday - a teenager! Look out!!

Hi all,

FINALLY my second post!! We visited a friend a few weeks ago about a month after the birth of his first child. What a cutie!! After battling horrible light and a slightly unsettled little man, we managed to get some shots that mum and dad love. My processing skills still leave a lot to be desired but here are a few I like. Big Thanks to the wonderful girls in the EB Challenges group who helped me on the processing!! xx

Well, this is my first post on my first ever blog!!

In the EB challenges flickr group, our lesson was silhouettes, so after a bit of convincing, Danny and I dropped Kman off with Nanna and headed down to the Shorncliffe Pier to have a go.
